This model is open and dynamic to suit the market needs of the customer where the customers need to modify project requirements as per upcoming market trends. We can work with clients to define and refine the requirements to ensure the development of the product is done in scalable manner to ensure cost of re-work is avoided. Time and Material engagement model lets clients play active role during the entire project development process.

This model is applicable to long-lasting projects with measurable phases. This model reduces project risk due to visible progress monitoring and delivers significant outcomes. Payment schedules are defined on time or milestone basis.

Fixed Cost – Fixed Time

Under fixed cost fixed time model, we collaborate and work very closely with clients to define expected deliverables and timelines to determine a mutually agreed fixed price based on timelines. The option is best for small or medium sized projects that have fixed scope, requirements, specifications and schedules.
